We keep this short and honest. Creaticast Lab collects the least it can, uses it to get your toolkit to you, and never sells it on.

What we collect

When you fill in the order form we receive your name or channel name, email address, phone number, the tier you chose and anything you type into the message box. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you properly. That's it — no hidden tracking dossier.

Why we use it

Your details exist for one reason: to send you a payment link, deliver your download, and answer your questions. If you bought the Toolkit + Setup Review, we use your contact details to book and run your 1:1 call. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you clearly ask us to.

Where it lives

Order details are stored securely and seen only by the small team running Creaticast Lab from Klaipėda. We use a payment provider and an email service to process orders; they see only what they need to do their job, and we don't hand your data to anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We hold order records for as long as we need them for accounting and support — typically a few years, as Lithuanian tax rules expect — and then we delete them. Message-only enquiries that don't turn into orders are cleared out sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out, usually within a few working days. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can raise it with the Lithuanian data protection authority.
