Refund Policy

The toolkit is a downloadable digital product, so refunds work a little differently than they would for something shipped in a box. Here's the plain version.

Before you download

Because you order first and pay after we send your link, you have a natural window to change your mind. If you decide the toolkit isn't for you before we've delivered the download, just tell us and there's nothing to refund — no charge has happened.

Once the download is delivered

Digital files can't be "returned," so by asking us to send the download you agree that your right to a standard cooling-off refund ends once the files are available to you. That's normal for downloadable products under EU consumer rules, and it's why we let you see exactly what's inside on the home page before you buy.

If something's genuinely wrong

Fairness still applies. If a file is corrupt, a download link doesn't work, or the pack isn't what we described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it — a fresh file, a working link, or a refund if we can't put it right. That's a promise, not a loophole.

The Setup Review call

If you bought the Toolkit + Setup Review and haven't yet taken your 1:1 call, we can refund the review portion (the part above the $69 toolkit price) if you ask before it's booked. Once the call has happened, that service has been delivered.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, tell us what's up, and we'll reply within a few working days. Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method. None of this affects your statutory rights under Lithuanian and EU consumer law.
